This 100% acrylic-based textured finish is designed with durability in mind, incorporating Dirt Pickup Resistance (DPR) technology to ensure that the surface hardens and remains resilient even under heat exposure. The non-tacky finish actively resists dirt, mold, and pollutants, maintaining its aesthetic appeal with minimal maintenance required. Available in four distinct textures, LaHabra® Perma-Finish allows for creative flexibility in both residential and commercial projects, ensuring that each application is both beautiful and enduring. This product is integrally colored using high-quality pigments, offering a consistent, vibrant appearance throughout any exterior.

Perma-Finish EIFS & Stucco Acrylic Finish is designed for extra flexibility, especially when bridging minor hairline cracks in stucco. High levels of elastomeric acrylic polymers are formulated into the finishes to create a flexible coating with high movement capability.
